When quoted a price, what is included?

• Your performance quote includes:

  • Live band performance for a four (4) hour non-continuous block, including intermissions
    (Travel time, setup, and breakdown are not included in performance time)

  • Full professional PA sound system

  • House sound engineer and production crew

  • MC/Hosting services (announcements, introductions, formalities)

  • Pre-mixed DJ music during band breaks

  • Stage wash lighting to highlight band performance

What if I need the band for a longer amount of time?

• Our standard performance blocks are:

  • Weddings: 4 hours

  • Corporate Events: 3 hours

If extended performance time is negotiated at the time of booking, a discounted rate may be included in your agreement.

If additional performance time is requested on the day of the event, overtime fees will apply and be prorated based on the contracted rate.

How do I know what type of band is right for my event?

• We’ll guide you every step of the way. After learning about your event, venue, and vision, we’ll recommend the best band configuration based on our professional experience to ensure the right energy, sound, and overall experience.

What information is needed to provide an accurate quote?

• Each event is unique. Pricing is influenced by factors such as:

  • Event date and season

  • Event location

  • Estimated guest count

  • Band size (we offer configurations from 8–13 musicians)

Can the band learn new material for wedding special dances?

• Yes! The band can learn one special dance song in addition to our regular repertoire, or you may select a song from our existing song list.

  Because learning and performing music at a high professional level requires preparation and rehearsal, all requests must be submitted at least 120 days prior to your event.

  • Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances from our song list can be performed live

  • Songs not in our repertoire will be prepared for playback (MP3)

Are there exceptions to learning more than one special song?

• In some cases, we may be able to learn additional songs depending on the arrangement and complexity. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Always feel free to ask!

Can we choose our favorite songs from the band song list?

• Absolutely! We ask that you highlight your favorites from our song list and submit it 120 days prior to your event. This gives us creative flexibility while ensuring your preferences are honored.

What if the band cannot perform a requested song live?

• No problem — we will have the song professionally prepared and ready for playback at your event.

What size stage do you require?

• Our ideal stage size is:

  • Minimum: 24’ wide x 12’ deep

  • Preferred: 24’ wide x 16’ deep

We can also perform without a stage if venue conditions allow.
If the stage is higher than 12”, stairs must be provided on both sides.

For safety reasons, all modular or portable stages must be secured and leveled. If stage sizing is limited, please contact us — we’re happy to assist with adjustments..

How Much Power Does Your Sound System Need?

• We require three (3) dedicated 20-amp circuits exclusively for the band.

  • Power should not be shared with other vendors or lighting

  • A power drop box is preferred when available

If your venue cannot provide this, please let us know in advance and we’ll help find a solution.

How do I secure the band for my event?

• Your date is officially secured once:

  • The agreement is signed

  • A deposit is received
